Finding the correct sized Swan Barrel Harmonic Tuner is as easy as measuring the outside diameter (OD) of your barrel or shroud, then pick the right tuner size from the menu option descriptions. For example, if your shroud's OD measures 20mm, then look for that size in the descriptions. Each Swan Tuner is designed to fit three sizes of barrels/ shrouds. GEN6 & Swan Tuner Fitment

The GEN6 & Swan Tuners much Like the GEN5 was designed to be intuitive. Also, it is perfectly symmetrical, balanced, and centered for the weights when added. The weight is rotated as the tuner is turned left or right during the tuning process and remains butted against the suppressor. It does not slide up & down the barrel or shroud like most others on the market.

-- It's advisable for shooters to use two to three wraps of black electrical tape or shrink wrap to sure up the Swan Tuner and provide a means to mark the center of the barrel/shroud which is known as the site mark. This prevents having to mark directly on the barrel/shroud. The site mark also serves as a means to identify what setting on the Swan Tuner is set at.

Then proceed to shoot the remaining bulls by rotating your Swan Tuner and corresponding tuner settings with each bull's setting(s). 50 to 55-Yards is highly suggested for this process on a calm day.

Micro-Tuning for the Best Performance

  • Fine Tune to Determine the Best of the Best Groups

    Recent submissions of the GEN6 Swan Tuning Cards show 4 to 6 close CTC sub-moa tight groups while the GEN5 generated 2 to 4 per tuning cards. Due to this increase of groups to use as the right tune, I created this shot card so my customers could drill down deeper for the best of the best Swan Tuner setting(s).

  • Once the best tuning settings are determined, use this card to learn which power setting produces the tightest groups CTC.

    Now is the time to determine which power setting yields the most power on target. You pick the distance for you personal preference be it hunting, or shooting for a score during competitions.
